Ground floor
The old cellars, the place where grapes were originally squezzed and wine was preserved in big wood barrels, are now the place where to relax in front of a large fireplace.
The large kitchen & dining room and the living room are featured by the warm colour of 'cotto' tiles both on the floor and on the 'crociera' vaults ceiling, and have immediate access to the large garden outside.
Upper floors
The 4 bedrooms are all separated and must be discovered one by one.
The 'suite' is located on the first floor, where elegance and intimacy are nicely blended in a comfortable atmosphere. The warm embrace of wood on both floor and ceiling, as well as the 18th century fireplace shade in the cool 'pergolato' which decorates the wide outside terrace.
In the mezzanine there are 2 further bedrooms, whose restorations have revealed the original wall decorations, and the top floor hosts another large bedroom with a wonderful view on the hills of Spoleto.
